Tu ne tu nu amro yi piš woz yi pʉrk tu.
Once upon a time, there was a cat and a mouse.
Ya bu amro xušboš da lamanvanesh ṣ̌tik kert.
The two friends were happily playing together.
Yi ror yi naxčir da zax̌ destan xuš wezda.
One day, a fox emerged secretly from the bushes.
Ya naxčir merz tu.
The fox was hungry.
Piš et pʉrkav weshta.
The cat and mouse were scared.
Pʉrk tayin kert ki ta naxčir pʉði zax̌ diyekt.
The mouse saw that there was a thorn pricking the fox's paw. .
Ya piš et pʉrkav ska naxčir ṣ̌xal wezda wozav ya zax̌ ta pʉðan nix̌it.
The cat and mouse showed kindess to the fox and removed the thorn from its paw.
Ya naxčir ba ska piš et pʉrk ṣ̌xal wezda wozi x̌ati, "ɣafč ɣafč šoboṣ̌ amro va."
The fox also showed kindess to the cat and mouse and said, "Thank you very much, friends."
Aʦa roran ʦbasn piš pʉrk woz naxčir xušboš da lemanan halda wozav ṣ̌tik kert.
From that day on, the cat, mouse and fox happily lived and played together.
Luponva teṣ̌ ba ne x̌anetk ki ṣ̌xal wezyni ɣa lup yark.
The elders have not said without reason that kindness is a very noble deed.
